7'40�5 1 1 WILL & CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE. LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HOMOR M.MILLER. I,Honor,M.Miller of Wood River,Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make publish and declare this my .last will and testament in the manner following. FIRST. I direct that the expenses of my last sickness,the costs of administering my Estate and all other just debts be paid out of my personal property. SECOND. It is my desire and wish that a family monument be erected in our family burial lot,and if the same should not be done during my life time,I direct that my executor erect the same at a cost of $300.00 and that same be paid out of my estate. THIRD. I give devise and bequeath to my daughters,Laura F.Michael,Lavinia C.Clark and Leah A.Rieslamd, and to my son Howard Miller in equal shares to each all of the real estate which I may now own or hereafter become possessed wherever situated,and of which I am the owner of at the time of my death. FOURTH. I give and bequeath to each of my children named in Paragraph three hereof: "all of my personal property, household effects,money and all other property of which I may die possessed, subject how- ever,to the payment of the obligations enumerated in Paragraph one hereof. FIFTH It is my desire and I direct that should any of my aforesaid children die during my life time, that their share shall not lapse but shall be paid to their children,but in case any one of them should die leaving no children then I direct that his or her share shall revert to my estate,and be divided equally amont my children remaining alive at the time of my death. SIXTH. I hereby revoke all former wills by me made and I hereby name and appoint my son -in -law Joseph F. Riesland as Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
