<br />WILL AND CERTIFICATE OF FINAL DECREE
<br />I,Francis Corkins,of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,being of sound and disposing mind and
<br />e
<br />memory,do make and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament:
<br />FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and the expenses of of my last sickness and funeral be
<br />paid out of my estate.
<br />SECOND: I give and bequeath unto my adopted daughter,Annie Bliss (or Corkins) the sum of Two
<br />hundred (200) Dollars.
<br />THIRD: I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Harriet E.Corkins,all the rest and residue
<br />of my estate,real,personal,or mixed,of which I shall be seized or possessed or entitled to at the
<br />time of my decease;to have and to hold the same to her and her executors and administrators and
<br />assigns forever.
<br />FOURTH: I nominate and appoint my said wife Harriet E.Corkins,sole executrix of this my labt.

<br />certify that on the 3" day of July 1923,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testa-.
<br />ment of Francis Corkins,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 30" day of July
<br />1923,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Francis Corkins,deceased
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now,6n.,this 11th day of February,1924,this cause came on
<br />for hearing upon the final report of Harriett E. Corkins,executrix of the last will and testament
<br />of Francis Corkins,deceased,and upon her petition for the settlement of said estate and her dis-
<br />charge herein,and the Court,having examined the records and files and being fully advised in the
<br />premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed
<br />for a hearing upon said report and petition.
