<br />at the time of her death,the said note and mortgage wa� pledged to the Commercial State Bank as
<br />collateral security to indebtedness due said bank from the said,Ida M.Gilbert and that said
<br />note and mortgage is still held by said bank as collateral security and that upon the death
<br />of the said Ida M.Gilbert the said na d mortgage became a part of her personal estate,subject
<br />to the rights of said bank therein and that any equity in said note and mortgage above the
<br />claim of said bank now belongs to the said Douglas Gilbert,Fred E.Gilbert and Bessie F.Gilbert,
<br />y
<br />share and share alike.
<br />It is,therefore,ordered,adjudged and decreed by the Court that the report of the said Douglas,
<br />Gilbert as administrator of the estate of Ida M.Gilb"t,deceased,be and the same hereby is appro*-
<br />ed and allowed as and for his final report.
<br />It'is further ordered,adjudged and decreed that all persons holding claims against said es-
<br />tate,if any such there be,are forever barred,excluded and enjoined from presenting or asserting
<br />any such claims against said estate.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the said Douglas Gilbert,as such a dministra-
<br />tor,transfer and assign to Douglas Gilbert,Fred E.Gilbert and Bessie F.Gilbert,said $10,000 note;
<br />and mortgage signed by the said Rollin G.Breakenridge and wife,subject to the rights of the
<br />Commercial State Bank of Grand Island, therein.
<br />It is further ordered,adjudged and decreed that the title to the Easterly two thirds of Lot
<br />Three (3),in Block Sixty -Three (D),of the original town,now city,of Grand Island,in Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,upon the death of the said Ida M.Gilbert,did pass and descend by absolute
<br />title to Douglas Gilbert,Fred E.Gilbert and Bessie F. Gilbert, share and share alike.
<br />It is further ordered,adjudged and decreed by the Court that said estate be closed and that

<br />the said Douglas Gilbert be discharged as such administrator upon the assignment of said note
<br />and mortgage as hereinbefore provided.

<br />in his own name,and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,
<br />and that the foregoing attestation iS in due form of law.
