<br />Now on this 1st day of October,A.D.1913,this cause came on
<br />for hearing on the final report of Douglas Gilbert,administrator of the estate of Ida M.Gilbert,
<br />deceased,and it-appearing to the Court upon the proofs on file that Douglas Gilbert,Fred E.Gil-
<br />bert and Bessie F.Gilbert,heirs at law and the only heirs at law of the said Ida M.Gilbert,deceaa-
<br />ed,a.nd the only persons interested in said estate,have duly filed herein their written,approval
<br />of the report of the said Douglas Gilbert as such administrator and have requested that said
<br />report be received and approved as and for the final report of the said Douglas Gilbert as such
<br />administrator and the Court being fully advised in the premises finds that the report of the said
<br />Douglas Gilbert as such administrator is true and correct in all things and that the same ought
<br />to be allowed as and for the final report of the said Douglas Gilbert as such administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that the funeral expenses of said deceased and the costs of adminis-
<br />tration have been fully paid and that no debts have been proven or allowed against said estate
<br />and that all claims against said estate, if any such there be,are fully barred and excluded ;th6t'
<br />due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed for the filing of
<br />claims against said estate and that said time has fully expired.
<br />The Court further finds that said Ida M.Gilbert died seized as the owner in'fee simple of the
<br />following described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,towit: The
<br />Easterly two thirds of Lot Three (3),in Block Sixty Three (63),of the original town,now city,of
<br />Grand Island;that the said Douglas Gilbert is the father of the said Fred E.Gilbert and Bessie
<br />F. Gilbert , the children of the said Ida M. Gilbert, &hd that . upon . the .ci eath of the said Ida M. Gil-
<br />bert the real estate hereinbefore described did pass and descend in equal parts to the said
<br />Douglas Gilbert,Fred E.Gilbert and Bessie F.Gilbert,by absolute title.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Ida M.Gilbert,at the time of her death was the owner
<br />of a note for $10,000 signed by Rollin G.Breakenridge and wife and secured by a mortgage upon the
<br />Northeast quarter of Section 8,in Township 11 North,Range 10,in Hall County,Nebraska,and that
