<br />WILL AND CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />LAST "TILL AND TESTATMIENT OF CHRISTIAN E. LYKRE.
<br />I,Christian E.Lykke,a widower, of Grand Island,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing
<br />i
<br />memory,do make,publish and declare this,my Last ?'dill and Testament:
<br />First: I direct that all of my just debts,including the expenses of my last sickness and burial,
<br />be first paid out of my Estate.
<br />- 58bond: I give,devise and bequeath to my son,Roy C.Lykke,Lot Number Seven (7) in Block number
<br />Fifty -eight (58) in the Original town,now city of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and to my
<br />son,Albert P. S. Lykke the South Half of Lot number Three (3) and the South. -one -half of Lot number,
<br />Four (4) in Block number Fifty -eight (58) in the original town now City of Grand Island,Hall
<br />County,Nebraska. I also give,devise,and bequeath to my said son. Albert P.S.Lykke the East
<br />Half of the North -east Quarter (El NE-1) and the North East Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(NE-1 4 of SE4) of Section number Thirteen (13) in Township number Twelve (12),North,Range Ten
<br />(10) ,West of the 6th P. M.11dest of the 6th P. M. in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />Third:I give,devise and bequeath to my da.ughter,Helen A. Bradstreet,the Easterly Thirty -seven (37)
<br />feet of Lot number Three (3) in Block number One gundred and Eight (108) in Railroad Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and the Easterly Forty -four (44 ) feet (being
<br />the easterly two - thirds) of Lot number Six (6) in Block Fifty eight (58) of the Original Town,
<br />now City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebra.ska,for and during her natural life time,including all
<br />of the rents,issues and income therefrom,and direct that she shall,during her life tenancy thereof,
<br />pay all taxes and special assessments levied against same and keep the improvements thereon in a
<br />reasonable state of repair so as to protect same from loss or waste,for the remaindermen herein -
<br />inafter designated.
<br />After the death of my said da.ughter,and the ter:: ination of the life estate herein given to her
<br />i
<br />in said above described property,I Jive,devise, and bequeath the remainder over in said propertyf
<br />i
<br />and real estate described in this clause of my will,in equal shares to the surviving children
<br />of my said daughter,Helen A. Bradstreet, and to their heirs and assigns forever. And in case any
<br />of her said children should die,leaving issue or descendants him
<br />event,the share of such deceased child shall not lapse,but shall
<br />•
<br />or descendants by right of representation.
<br />Fourth:All of the rest,residue and remainder of my property and
<br />queath in equal shares to my said children,Albert P.S.Lykke,Roy-
<br />or her surviving,then,an d in that
<br />pass and be paid to such issue
<br />estate,I give.,devise and be-

<br />and direct that in case of the death of any of my said children,prior to my death,leaving issue
<br />or descen dants,him or her surviving,his share shall not in any of the property herein devised
<br />or bequeathed,lapse,but shall pass and descend to such issue or descendants by right of re-
<br />presentation,as provided by the law of descent now in force in the State of Nebraska.
<br />I na.me,nominate and appoi4t my said sons,Albert P. S. Lykke and Roy C. Lykke,executors of this my
<br />last will and testament,hereby revoking all former willsby me made.
<br />In Witness Whereof,I have hereunto signed my name to this instri ent,as my last will and testa
<br />ment,including the attestation page hereto attached on the 2nd day of January,1919.
