<br />Township Eleven (11),North of Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.,Hall Count y,Nebraska,which
<br />said mortgage was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska,on
<br />the 11th day of February,1922,in Book 53 of Mortgages on page 435,and the other bearing date of
<br />Janua ry.6,1920,executed by Floyd Scott and Alma F.Scott,his wif e,in favor of Fred Meier,and con-
<br />veying Lot Six (6),Block Sixteen (16),in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the city of Grand Island,;
<br />Hall County,Nebraska,which mortgage was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County,Nebraska,on the 7th day of January,1920,in Block 51 of Mortgages on page 201,
<br />and said mortgages,with the notes and obligations secured thereby,are the property of the said
<br />Catherina Meier,for her exclusive use and benefit,as hereinbefore ordered.
<br />The Court further finds that the esyate of the said Fred Meier was not subject to inherit-
<br />ance tax under under the laws of the state of Nebraska,that said executrix has paid all of the
<br />funeral expenses of said deceased and all the debts of said deceased and the costs of adminis-
<br />tering said estate and that said estate ought to be closed and said executrix discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that Cue and legal notice has been given to all persons interested
<br />bf the time and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said Fred Meier,deceased,
<br />and that the time so fixed has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against the
<br />estate of the said Fred Meier,deceased,if any such there be,and not filed herein,are forever
<br />barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS ,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED,AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Catherine Meier,executrix of the last will and testament of said Fred Meier,deceased,be and
<br />the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final report and said executrix is here-
<br />by discharged and her bond released,and said estate is hereby settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims against the

<br />estate of said Fred Meier,deceased,if any such there be,are forever barred,enjoined,and ex-
<br />cluded from setting up or asserting such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the children,Helen Gaddis,Anna Boldt,
<br />and Elma Scott,having herein filed a waiver in favor of Catherina Meier,of all their right,
<br />title,and interest in and to the following described mortgages,to -wit: beariig date Februaryh11,
<br />1922,executed by Richard Boldt and Helene Boldt,in favor of Fred Meier,conveying the west
<br />one -half of the southwest quarter (wz of Sw+) and the Southwest quarterof the northwest quarter
<br />(S1W4 of NW +) of Section Seven (7),Township Eleven (11),North of Range Ten (10) Test of the 6th
<br />P.M.,Hall County,Nebraska,recorded on February 11,1922,in Book 53 0¢ Mortgages,page 435,in
<br />the Register of Deeds office of said county,and the other bearing date of January 6,1920,exe-
<br />cuted by Floyd Scott and Alma F.Scott in favor of Fred Meier,conveying Lot Six (6),Block Six -
<br />teen (16),in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the city of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and
<br />filed for record in Book 51 of Mortgages,Page 201,on the 7th day of Janua.ry,1920,in office of
<br />Register of Deeds in said county,jahat said mortgages,with the notes and obligations secured
<br />thereby,shall be and become the absolute property of Catherina Meier,the same having hereto -
<br />fore in this proceeding been ordered by this court assigned to the said Catherina Meier by
<br />the executrix herein.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED,AND DECREED by the Court that under the terms of the will
<br />the real estate belonging to said deceased passed and descended to Catherina Meier,widow,for
<br />and during her natural life,devising to her a life estate in all of said real estate,and at
<br />her death all of said real estate,to -wit:
<br />Lots Three ( 3 ) and Five (5) , in Block Sixteen (16),in wallich' s Addition to the city of
<br />Grand Island,Hal1 County,Nebraska,passes and. descends,in equal shazes,to their children,Helen
