<br />DECREE & WILL & CERTIFICATE
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the.. - matter of the estate of
<br />Fred Meier, Decree.
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now on this 19" day of January,1924,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Catherina Meier,executrix of the last will and testament of
<br />Fred Meier,deceased,and the Court,having examined the records and files and being fully advised
<br />in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said final report as heretofore ordered'
<br />by the Court. -
<br />And the Coutt,having examined the final report,together with all other files and the testimony-
<br />offered in support thereof,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and is
<br />hereby approved and allowed as and for the final report of said executrix.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Fred Beier departed this life on the 21st day of Feb-
<br />ruary,1923,and at the time of his death he was a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,that the last',
<br />will and testament of the said Fred Meier was duly proven,allowed,and admitted to probate in this,
<br />the County Court of Hall Count y,Nebraska,on the 5th day of Apri1,1923,and said Catherina Meier
<br />duly qualified as executrix thereunder.
<br />The Court further finds the said Fred Meier died seized of the following described real estate,
<br />to -wit:

<br />Lots Three (3) and Five (5) Block Sixteen (16),Wallich's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that said Fred Meier left him surviving his widow,Catherina Meier,and
<br />three daughters,Anna Boldt,Helen Gaddis,and Elma Scott.

<br />The Court further finds that the said Fred Meier left all of his personal property to said
<br />,
<br />Catherina Meier,for her use,benefit,and enjoyment as long as she shall live,and the remainder,
<br />if an y,in equal shares ,to his three dau g hters , Helen 114eier,now Helen Gaddis,Anna Meier now Anna
<br />Boldt,and Elma Meier,now Elma Scott.
<br />The Court further finds that under and by virtue of said last will and testament of the said
<br />Fred Meier,all of the real estate herein described passed and descended to Catherina Meier,his
<br />,e}
<br />widow,for and during her natural life and after her death the remainder vests in equal shares
<br />in his children,to -wit: Helen Gaddis,Anna Boldt,and Elma Scott.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Helen Gaddis,Anna Boldt,and Elma Scott have waived,
<br />in favor of Catherina Meier,any interest which they may have in two certain real estate mortgages,
