Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />John Rushen, FINAL DECREE. <br />Deceased. <br />Now,on.this 3rd day of January,1924,this cause came on for <br />hearing upon the final report of Emma Rushen,executrix of the last will and testament of John <br />aushen,deceased,and upon the petition of said executrix for the settlement of said estate and her <br />discharge herein,and the Court,having examined the records and files and being fully advised in <br />the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said <br />estate of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon said report,as heretofore ordered by the <br />C ourt. <br />And the Court,having examined the final report of said Executrix, together with the vouchers <br />on file,and no persons appearing to object to said report,and the Court being fully advised in the <br />premises,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same oughtto <br />be approved and allowed as and for the final report of such executrix. <br />The Court further finds that the said John Rushen departed this life at his home in Hall <br />County,Nebraska,on the 20th day of March,19231and that at the time of his death the said John <br />Rushen was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,that the said John Rushen died <br />testate,and his last will and testament was duly proven,allowed,and admitted to probate in this <br />Court on the 3rd day of May,1923,and letters testamentary issued thereon to Emma Rushen. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time <br />and place fixed for filed claims against said estate,that the time so fixed has fully expired,and <br />that all persons having claims against said estvte,if any such there be,are forever barred and <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
