Hann, son of Charles A. Hann,deceased, <br />praying for a determination of heirship,and the evidence,and the court being fully advised in the <br />premises,finds that due and legal notice of the filing of said petition,and of this hearing has <br />been given by publication as required by law and the former order of this court;that this court'' <br />has acquired jurisdiction of the subject matter,and of all the heirs, creditors, and other persons <br />interested in said estate;that the decedent,Charles A.Hann,died intestate on October 13,1914, <br />a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and seized of the following described real estate,situated <br />in the city of Grand Island,Hal1 County,Nebra.ska,to -wit: <br />Lot Six (6) and the Westerly One third (W J) of Lot Seven (7) in Block One Hundred twenty -eight <br />(129) in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to said city of Grand Island,Nebraska,as surveyed,platted <br />and recorded,which was occupied by the decendent and his family at the time of his death as their <br />family homestead, <br />Also: - <br />"Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lbt Thirteen (13) of the County Subdivision of the <br />South half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Sixteen (16) in Township Eleven (11),North of Range <br />Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M.,running thence Easterly along the Southerly side of said Lot <br />Thirteen (13)20ne hundred five (105) feet,thence Northerly running at right angles a distance <br />of One Hundred eighty (190),feet,thence running Westerly at right angles a distance of One <br />Hundred five (105) feet,to the.Westerly side of said lot,running thence Southerly along the <br />Westerly side of said Lot One Hundred eighty (190) feet to the place of beginning ;" that no <br />application for the appointment of an administrator,either by his heirs or persons claiming <br />to be creditors of said decedent has been made,and no proceedings have been had in any county in the <br />State of Nebraska for the administration of his estate;that all of the debts of the decedent, <br />including the expenses of his last illness and burial,have been paid in full;that the said Charles <br />A. Hann left surviving him,s., widow,Louise M. Hann, sons,Edward C. Hann,Barney J. Hann, Carl H. Hann, <br />Lawrence C.Hann,George W.Hann,and daughters ,Mable M.Haack and Viola F.Hann,all of legal age an4 <br />residents of Hall County,Nebraska,who are thesole and only heirs of his estate and interested <br />therein;that he left no other living children or the living issue of any deceased children}. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said Charles A.Hann died <br />intestate on October 13,1914,seized of the above described real estate,and that no application <br />has been made in the State of Nebraska for'the appointment of an administrator of the estate <br />of said decedent,and that all claims and demands against the estate of said decedent are forever <br />bgrred. <br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the use,occupancy and income from <br />the above described Lot Six (6) and the Westerly One third (J) of Lot Seven (7) in Block One <br />hundred twenty eight (129),in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the city of Grand Island.,Nebraska,des- <br />cended to Louise M.Hann,the surviving widow of the decedent,as a homestead,and is hereby assigned <br />to her for and during the term of her natural life. <br />n <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
