<br />On this 22nd day of December,1923,this matter comes on for hearing
<br />before the court upon the petition of Mary Mullen as executrix of said estate,praying for final,
<br />settlement thereof. From the evidence the court finds: 1.That notice of this hearing has been
<br />published in pursuance of an order of this court heretofore made.
<br />2. That notice to the creditors of said estate to file in this court their claims for allowance
<br />and payment,has been published in pursuance of an order of this court and the time therein limitb-
<br />ed for that purpose has expired and no claims have been filed.The court further finds that ex-
<br />penses of last illness and funeral of deceased,a.nd costs of administration have been paid.
<br />3.That decedent died seized of Lots 11 and 12 in Block 3,in Park View Addition to the Village
<br />of S'helton,Nebraska and also note and mortgage upon the Southeast Quarter of Section 32,Township
<br />10,Range 12,the Northeast Quarter of Section 5,Township 9,Range 12 and the Southwest Quarter
<br />of the Southwest Quarter of Section 9,Mownship 9,Range 12 in Hall County,Nebraska. That said
<br />executrix foreclosed said mortgage and said lands were sold and she bid in the same for the bener-
<br />"" fit of the legatees of deceased and a sheriffs Deed was made to her.
<br />4.The court further finds that under the terms of the will of deceased,which has been probated,
<br />in this court,that said Mary Mullen has a life estate in all the property of the deceased and
<br />at her death it descends to Thomas P.Mullen John J.Mullen,Mary E.Mullen and Theresa Mullen,the
<br />children of deeeased,share and share alike.
<br />5.That the distributive shares of said estate are not liable for the payment of inheritance
<br />taxes under the laws of the state of Nebraska.That said executrix has on hands all the personal
<br />property belonging to said estate and she is the widow of deceased.
<br />IT IS ADJUDGED AND DEC�EED by the court that the acts and doings of said executrix are
<br />approved and the claims of creditors againtt� said estate are barred;that the real estate and
<br />personal property belonging to said estate are assigned to said Mary Mullen for her use during
<br />" her life time and at her death to said Thomas P.Mullen,John J.Mullen,Mary E.Mullen and Theresa
<br />Mullen,share and share alike,and said Mary Mullen as such executrix is hereby discharged.
