<br />I,Thomas Mullen of Shelton in the County of Buffalo,State of Nebraska,being of sound mind;'
<br />and memory,and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,do therefore make,
<br />ordain,publish and declare this to be my last 'qILL AND TESTAMENT:
<br />FIRST,I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND,After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I give ,devise and bequeath to my',
<br />four children viz: Thomas P.John J.Mary E.and Theresa,all of my property both real and personal
<br />to be divided equally between themthis bequest however to be subject to a life lease to my wife
<br />Mary,it being my full intention to direct by this will that s.t my death my wife Mary shall take
<br />possession of all my property and use it during her life time and at her death it shall revert
<br />to my children as above mentioned.
<br />I appoint my wife Mary Mullen sole executrix of my estate.
<br />LASTLY,I make,constitute and appoint----- - - - -to be Execut ------ of this my last Will and Testament,
<br />hereby revoking all former Wills be me made.
