R. Damerell,adninistrator with the will annexed, is hereby <br />,p,� oved, the same being in conformity with the intent ,purposes and provisions of said will. <br />That all other personal property belonging to said estate is hereby assigned all in accord - <br />ance with the protisions of said will. <br />And it appearing from the records and files in said cause that said W. H. Lanning, executor, <br />and R. R. Damerell,administra.tor �7ith the Will a.nnexed,have performed all the duties x0quired <br />of them by lair and the orders of the Court and have fully accounted for all the assets belonging, <br />to said estate,IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said R.
