<br />was duly submitted to the Court on said,. Petition and the evifence of the petitioner in support
<br />there.of,una the Court beinS duly advised in the p-runises finds that the alleva.tions in said
<br />petition are true,that the said Josephine Burke died intestate in Hall County, Nebraska, on the
<br />10" day of ?; ay,1906 and at the time of her death she was a resident and an inhabitant of said
<br />Hall County,Mebra ska; that more than two years have elcpsed since her death and no application
<br />has been filed in the state of Nebraska.,or elsewhere for the appointment of an administrator
<br />of her estate,nor petition filed therefore and that no administration has been had upon her

<br />said estate at any place.
<br />The Court finds that the se_i:.i deceased left surviving her as her sole and only heir -at -law
<br />i
<br />her father,Martin Durke, of legal age. �

<br />That the assignment and transfer of the United States Government Bonds to the ;Nary Lanning
<br />Hospital Trust as made by said R. R. Damerell,adninistrator with the will annexed, is hereby
<br />,p,� oved, the same being in conformity with the intent ,purposes and provisions of said will.
<br />That all other personal property belonging to said estate is hereby assigned all in accord -
<br />ance with the protisions of said will.
<br />And it appearing from the records and files in said cause that said W. H. Lanning, executor,
<br />and R. R. Damerell,administra.tor �7ith the Will a.nnexed,have performed all the duties x0quired
<br />of them by lair and the orders of the Court and have fully accounted for all the assets belonging,
<br />to said estate,IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said R. R.Damerell,administrator with the will annexed,
<br />be,and he is hereby discharged and absolved from said trust,his Letters canceled and bond re-
<br />leased.
