In the County Court of said County <br />Adams County. <br />At a Session of the County Court held in and for said County,at the County Court Room,in the City <br />of Ha.stings,County of Adams,and State of Nebraska. <br />Present:John Snider,Judge of the County Court <br />In the Matter of the Estate <br />of Decree of Final Account. <br />and <br />Alice T.Lanning,deceased. Distribution of Estate. <br />Now on this 10th day of May,1919,thls cause came on for hearing on the petition and report of <br />R.R.Damerell,administrator with the 71ill annexed,of said estate,for final settlement and distribu; -- <br />tion,a.nd for his discharge as such administrator and the evidence and was submitted to the Court. <br />Upon Consideration ' "Jhereof,the Court finds from the records the proofs on file and the evidence. <br />That due and legalnotice of this hearing was had by publication according to law. <br />That said Alice T. Lanning departed this life testate in said County on the 3rd day of January', <br />1918,and was at the time of her death a resident of and domiciled in said Adams County. <br />That on the 9th day of Janua.ry,1918,a paper writing purporting to be the last will and testamemt <br />of said Alice T. Lanning, deceased, together with a petition praying for the probate of the same was <br />duly filed in this Court. <br />That on the 5th day of February,1918,after notice thereof had been given according to law <br />said will was by this Court duly admitted to probate and a decree was duly entered proving,approv- <br />ing,probating and allowing said instrument as the last will and testament of said Alice T. Lanning, <br />deceased,and directing; that Letters Testarentary issue to 77.H.Lanning,executor,upon his taking and <br />filingoeth as required by law and filing bond in the sum of I20,000.00 with the sureties to be <br />approved by the Court. <br />Said Will together ; °rith the certificate of probate thereof being in the words and figures foll- <br />owing,to -wit: <br />I. Alice T. Lanning beinE; of sound mind do make this my last will for the disposition of my pro- <br />perty. <br />I give and bequeath to my husband 7,T. H. Lanning all my estate both real and personal -with this <br />provision,I 'wish my niece Ruth I.Wilson to have the income during her lifetime of sixteen thou- <br />sand dollars and at her death I o,ish this sum to go the endo7ment fund of the Mary Lanning Memorial <br />Hosgital.The principal to be kept intact and the income to be used for the benefit of this Hospital. <br />S#ould my husband 71.H-Lanning die before Ruth I.Wilson then in that event I wish the Trustees <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
