<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASEA.
<br />IN THE FATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF FINAL DECREE.
<br />ELIZABETH STONE,DECEASED. Now on ti-,.is 2211 day of November,1923,this cause came on
<br />for hearing upon the final report of William Stone,Administrator of the estate of Elizabeth
<br />Stone,deceased,it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notice was given to all per-
<br />sons interested,in the estate of said deceased,of the filing of said final report and of the
<br />time fixed for final settlement of said estate by publication of such notice one week prior to
<br />the 22t1 day of November,1923,in the WOOD RIVER SUNBEAM,
<br />ON EXA':iINATION THEREOF,the Court finds that said report is correct in all respects and ought
<br />to be allowed and that the administrator has accounted for all of the estate of said deceased
<br />which came into. his possession or under his control and that there remains no money or other
<br />personal property in his hands for distribution.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the report of William Stone,administrator of the
<br />estate of Elizabeth Stone, deceased, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for
<br />his final account and he is discharged of his trust.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that notice was given to creditors of said deceased as to the time
<br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased,and of the
<br />time allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims outstanding against said de-
<br />ceased and not so filed,if any such there by are therefore forever barred and excluded;that
<br />all claims filed and allowed against said estate as well as funeral expenses and costs of admin
<br />istration have been paid.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred and precluded from
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Elizabi th Stone, deceased.
<br />THE COURT FINDS THAT the said Elizabeth Stone depadted t'-is life on the 11th day of May,1923,!
<br />that she was at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebra.ska,and that.
<br />she died intestate, leaving surviving her as her heirs at law and her only heirs at law the follow-
<br />ing named persons;uVilliam Stone,her husband,and John Stone,her son.
<br />The Court finds that the said Elizabeth Stone died seized in fee of the following described
<br />real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />Lot Four (4) in Block Five (5) in Dodd & Marshall's Addition to Wood River,and that under the
<br />law of descent of real estate in the State of Nebra.ska,said above described real estate did
<br />pass and descend at her death in the manner following:
<br />To William Stone,her husband,a.n undivided one -half thereof;
<br />To John Stone,her son,an undivided one -half thereof,subject to the homestead right of the said
<br />William Stone,widower,therein..
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the right,title and
<br />interest of Elizabeth Stone in and. to Lot 4 in Block 5 in Dodd & Marshall's Addition to Wood
<br />River,in Hall County,Nebra.ska,did pass and descend at her death,in the manner following:
<br />An undivided one -half thi�reof'to William Stone and an undivided one -half thereof to John Stone,
<br />the latter taking subject to the homestead right of the said William Stone,therein,and the
<br />Court awards it to them.
