<br />5th day of May 1923,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,pro-
<br />bated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Mar-
<br />garet Tannehill,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court
<br />aforesaid.

<br />WILL AND CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD ,AMEN
<br />I,Margaret Tannehill,of Doniphan in the County of Hall,State of Nebraska,being of sound mind
<br />and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,do therefore make,
<br />ordain,publish and declare this to be my last MILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST,I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND -After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I give,devise and bequeath my
<br />daughters Margaret May Cotton and Zelma Richter my House Hold Goods to devide as they may see
<br />fit with the exception of my rocking chair which I bequeath to my son Edward J.Tannehill and
<br />their father's rocking chair and cane to my son Martin V.Tannehill.
<br />Third.I give,devise and bequeath all of my personal property other than mentioned above to
<br />my sons,E dward J.Tannehill and Martin V.Tannehill and my daughter Zelma Richter,my daughter
<br />Margaret May Cotton having all ready been given her share.
<br />Fourth.I give,d� vise and bequeath to my Sons,Edward J.Tannehill,and Martin V.Tannehill and
<br />my daughters Margaret May Cotton and Zelma Richter all of my Real Estate which I may the possess®d
<br />LASTLY,I make,constitute and appoint Edward J.Tannehill,without bond,to be Executor of this
<br />my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 3d day of
<br />October in the year of Our Lord,one thousand nine hundred twenty two.
