<br />deceased child surviving either of them,and they never adopted any child;and that neither of them
<br />left any Will.
<br />IT IS THEREFOR ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that said William H.Price died
<br />January 18,1921,and Mary Burns Price,his wife,died November 14,1923,both residents of Stark
<br />County,Illinois,leaving W.F.Price,Moses Price,Henry C.Price,George Fitch Price and J.E.Price
<br />their sons;gaggie E.Christopher,Abbie A.Ham and Kate L- UcCorkle,their daughters;and Fannie L.Jackson
<br />and Walter H.Jackson,their grand- children,being children of their deceased daughter,Henrietta Price
<br />Jackson,their only heirs 4t law.
