<br />This cause coming on to be heard at the November Term,on to- wit,November 20th,1923 of the
<br />County Court of Stark County,Illinois,in the matter of the Proof of the Heirship of William
<br />H.Price and of Mary Burns Price,his wife,and W.F.Price,a witness being produced,sworn and
<br />examined in open court,and his testimony reduced to writing and certified by the court and the
<br />court having considered said evidence and the law doth find that William H.Price died at Tou-
<br />lon,Stark County,Illinois,January 18,1921,he then being a resident of Toulon,in said Stark
<br />County,Illinois;and that he was of the age of ninety -three years on his nearest birthday;that
<br />his wife,Mary Burns Price died November 14,1923 at their '-home in said Toulon,Stark County,Ill-
<br />inois,she then being a resident of Toulon,Stark County,Illinois,and that her age at the time
<br />of her death was ninety -three years;that William H.Price was born at Newark,New Jersey,and
<br />Mary Burns Price,his wife,was born in Ireland;that neither of them were ever married to any
<br />other person,and that no child or issue of any child died between the dates of their deaths,
<br />and that all the heirs named below of William H.Price were identical with the heirs of Mary
<br />Burns Price;
<br />That they left W.F.Price,a son,aged seventyone years,residing at Toulon,Stark County,Illi-
<br />nois;
<br />Moses Price,son,aged sixty -nine years,now residing in Toulon, Illinois, and whose real resi-
<br />dence is or was at Hastings,Nebraska;Henry C.Pr_ce,a son,aged sixty -seven years,residing at
<br />Hastings,Nebraska;
<br />George Fitch Price,a son,aged sixty -five years,residing at Toulon,Stark County,Illinois;
<br />J.E.Price,a son,aged sixty -seven years,residing at ToulonmStark County,Illinois;

<br />of John S.Bach,the said Lots Two (2) and Three (3) in Block Three (3) Pleasant Hill Addition,
<br />passed and descended by operation of law to Mae K.Bach,now Mae K.Sorensen,his surviving widow
<br />and to Felix Bach,his father,share and share alike,and the same is so awarded to them.
