<br />SUPPLEMENTARY DECREE.
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF SUPPLEMENTARY DECREE.
<br />FELIX BACK,DECEASED. Now on this 8th.day of November,1923,this cause came on for
<br />hearing on the petition of Anna Bowser,asking that the final decree heretofore rendered be
<br />amended so as to include among the property belonging to deceased,Lots Two (2) and Three (3)
<br />in Block Three (3) Pleasant Hill Addition,to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska;the Court Finds
<br />from the proof, on file and the testimoney introduced,that at the time of his death the said
<br />Felix Bach was the owner,in addition to the property described in the final decree rendered
<br />in Block Three (3)
<br />April 15th.1922,of an forty -three sixty- fourth interest in Lots Two (2) and Three (3) Pleasant
<br />A
<br />Hill Addition,to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska,and that on the death of Felix Bach,said in-
<br />terest hereintofore referred to,passed and descended to Anna Bowser,his daughter.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE,CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said Felix Bach died testate while a
<br />resident of Hall Countq,Nebraska,on the llth.day of February,1921,and that he died seized as the
<br />owner in fee simple of an estate of inheritance in Lots Two (2) and Three (3) in Block Three (3);
<br />Pleasant Hill Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,in addition to the pro-
<br />perty described in the decree entered h6rein on April 15th.,1921,and that upon his death,the in
<br />terest of Felix Bach in said Lots Two (2) and Three (3) in Block Three (3) Pleasant Hill Addition
<br />passed and descended under the provisions of his last will and testament to Anna Bowser,his
<br />daughter,and the same is so awarded to her.

<br />original record thereof,now remaining in said Court,that the same is a correct transcript there
<br />of,and of the whole of such original record;that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal,
<br />which seal is hereto attached;that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in
<br />his own name,and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,
<br />and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
