IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF FINAL DECREE. JOSEPH F. A. MCCURRY ,DECEASED I Now on this 21st day of July,1923,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of William H. McCurry,Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Joseph F: A.McCurry,deceased,it appearing to the satisfaction of the court from the proof now on file that notice of the filing of said report and of the time and place appointed for final settlement of said estate has been given to all persons interested by publication as required by order of court dated July 511923,and there being no objection or protest on file. After a full examination of the report of said executor the court finds that the said report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed,that the executor has accounted for all of the Estate of said deceased which came into his possession or under his control and that there re- mains no money or other property in his hands for distribution. THE COURT FINDS that notice as required by law and by order of court was given to all creditors of said deceased by publication of such as to the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased and that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all eba.ims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied' and that all claims outstanding against said deceased not so filed,if any such there be,are there- fore forever barred and excluded. IT IS THERF-FORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the report of William H.MeCurry,executor of the Last Will and Testament of Joseph F.A.McCurry,deceased,be and the same is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of his trust. IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demandsagainst the estate of Joseph F.A.McCurry,deceased. THE COURT FINDS that the said Joseph F.A.McCurry,departed this life on the 26th day of November, 1921,that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska, and that he left a Last Will and Testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed, and admitted to probate in this court on the 20th day of January,1922 and recorded in this office.
