<br />personally. out of her own funds and that she makes no claim against the estate for the pay-
<br />ment of same to her and waives reimbursement for the amounts so paid out by her and that
<br />nothing belonging to said estate excepting the real estate hereinbefore stated and described
<br />remains in her hands as such Executrix.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said
<br />Minna Louise Steinbeck as Executrix of this last will and testament of the said Gehrt H.Stein-
<br />beck,deceased,be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final report,said
<br />estate is hereby settled and closed,and said Executrix is discharged and her bond as such is
<br />hereby released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that Minna Louise Steinbeck,the
<br />surviving widow,is the sole and only legetee and devisee under the last will and testament
<br />of the said Gehrt H.Steinbeck,deceased,and that all the right,title and interest of the said
<br />Gehrt H.Steinbeck in and to all of the following described real estate;the Northerly one -half
<br />of the Easterly one -half of Block Eight in the Windolph Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska,as surveyed,platted and recorded,the same being a rectangular piece of ground having a
<br />i
<br />frontage of 132 feet on John Street and a frontage of 140 feet on Clark Street, in the City of
<br />Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and descend at his death to the said Minna Louise
<br />Steinbeck in fee simple in accordance with the said last will and testament and that4.hhe is the
<br />owner of said real estate absolutely and forever.

<br />I,Gehrt H.Steinbeck,of Merrick County,Nebraska,being of sound and'disposing mind and memory,
<br />and considering the uncertainties of this aortal life,do make,ordain,publish and declare this

<br />I order and direct that my executor hereinafter named pay all of my debts and funeral expenses,
<br />including the expenses of my last sickness,as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.

<br />I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Minna LouiseSte Ubeck,all of my property,real,
<br />personal or mixed,to have and to hold to her and her heirs forever.

<br />I hereby constitute and appoint my wife,Minna LouiseSteinbeck,executrix of this my last will
<br />and testament to serve without bond,hereby revoking any and all wills by me made.
