<br />FINAL DECREE
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF MERRICK COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate of
<br />Gehrt H.Steinbeck, FINAL DECREE.
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now,on the 17th day of September,1923,this cause came on for hear-
<br />ing upon the final report of Minna Louise Steinbeck,Executrix of the last will and testament of
<br />Gehrt H.Steinbeek,deceased,and upon her petition for settlement of said estate and her discharge;
<br />herein,and the Court having examined the records and files and being duly advised in the premises
<br />finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the
<br />time and place fixed for a hearing upon the said final report,as heretofore ordered by the Court,
<br />And no one appearing to object to said report,the Court examined the same,together with the
<br />vouchers on file and the testimony offered in support thereof ,and being duly advised in the pre -',
<br />raises the Court finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought !
<br />to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of the said Executrix.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Gehrt H.Steinbeck departed this life,testate,on the
<br />5th day of April,1923 qnd at the time of his death the said Gehrt H.Steinbeck was a resident and in-
<br />habitant of Merrick County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 10th day of April,1923,Minna Louise Steinbeck,the widow,
<br />filed in this Court her duly 'verified petition,praying for the allowance and probate of an in-
<br />strument purporting to be the last will and testament of the said Gehrt H.Steinbeck,deceased;tha
<br />the Court thereupon fixed the 4th day of May,1923,as the date for making proof of said will,and
<br />due notice of the filing of said petition and the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon
<br />was given by the Court in the manner provided by law,and that on the 4th day of May,1923,the date
<br />fixed for that purpose said instrument was duly proven,allowed and admitted to probate in this
<br />Court as and for the last will and testament of the said Gehrt H.Steinbeck,deceased,and letters
<br />testamentary were duly issued thereon to the said Minna Louise Steinbeck,the Executrix named
<br />in said will and she duly qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed by the Court for the presentation of claims against said estate,and that the
<br />time so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate,if any
<br />such there be,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against
<br />said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Gehrt H.Steinbeck died seized as the owner in fee simple
<br />of the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,
<br />towit: The Northerly one -half of the Easterly one -half of Block Eight in the Windolph Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska,as surveyed,platted and recorded,the same being a rectangu_
<br />lar piece of ground having a frontage of 132 feet on John Street and a frontage of 140 feet on
<br />Clark street,in the City of Grand Island,Hall County Nebraska;that by the terms and provisions
<br />of the last will and testament of the said Gehrt H.Steinbeck,deceased,the said real estate was
<br />given,devised and bequeathed unto the widow,Minna Louise Steinbeck,and that said real estate
<br />thereby and under the by the provisions of said last will and testament descended to the said
<br />Minna Louise Steinbeck in fee simple.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Gehrt H.Steinbeck left no issue and left surviving
<br />him his widow,Minna Louise Steinbeck.
<br />The Court further finds that there are no claims filed against said estate and that all claims
<br />.against said estate are forever barred;that the said Minna Louise Steinbeck,Executrix,has paid
<br />the funeral expenses of said deeeased,the costs of this proceeding and all claims existing against
<br />estate;that the said Minna Louise Steinbeck,Executrix,has collected no money or personal property
