<br />to the survivors of them living at the time of the death of the said Charles A. Hofmann; and an
<br />undivided one -half to William Sievers and Otto Sievers,both of whom survived the said Charles
<br />A.Hofmann,deceased.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED,AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions
<br />of the last will and testament of the said Charles A.Hofmann,deceased,Minnie Hofmann,surviving
<br />widow of said deceased,takes a life estate in the real estate hereinbefore described,and all
<br />of the same,and that the remainder over,after the death of the said Minnie Hofmann,passes,by
<br />absolute title,as follows: An undivided one- fourth to Christian Gohs,Carl Gohs,a.nd August Gohs,
<br />nephews of said deceased,and to the survivors of them hiving at the time of the death of the
<br />said Charles A.Hofmann;an undivided one - fourth to Christian Hofmann,Carl Hofmann,Wilhelm Hofmann,'
<br />Elizabetha Hofmann,Maria Hofmann,and Louisa Hofmann,nieces and nephews of said deceased,and to
<br />the survivors of them living at the time of the death of the said Charles A.Hofmann,deceased;
<br />and an undivided one -half to William Sievers and Otto Sievers,brothers -in -law of the said
<br />Charles A.Hofmann,deceased,both of whom survived the said Charles A. Hofmann,deceased,and dis-
<br />tribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
