<br />by certify that on the 5th day of June 1922,the instrument purporting to be the last will and
<br />testament of Charles A.Hofmann,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court.That on the 5th
<br />day of June 1922,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated=
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Charles A.
<br />Hofmann,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.,

<br />Charles A. Hofmann,
<br />Deceased. ;
<br />Now,on this 6th day of September,1923,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Minnie Hofmann,Executrix of the last will and testament of
<br />Charles A.Hofmann,deceased,and upon her petition for the settlement of said estate and her dis-
<br />charge herein,and the Court,having ex:a mined the records and files and being fully advised
<br />in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate, of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said report,as heretofore ordered by the
<br />Court.
<br />And the Court,having examined said report,together with
<br />report is true and correct in all things,and that the same
<br />and for the final report of said Executrix.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Charles A.Hofmann
<br />Island Nebraska,on the 8th day of May,1922,and that at the
<br />Hofmann was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebra
<br />the vouchers on file,finds that said
<br />ought to be approved and allowed as
<br />departed this life testate,in Grand
<br />time of his death the said Charles A.
<br />ska,and that his last will and testa-
<br />ment was duly proven,allowed,and admitted to probate in this Court on the 5th day of June,1922 .
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all p:ersarrs, of the time
<br />and place fixed for filing claims against said estate,that not claims were filed against said
<br />estate,and that all persons having claims against said estate,if arey such there be,are forever
<br />barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
