Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />Filed for record this 10 day of September 1923 at 3 o'clock P.M. <br />cx�c_r� � Z:�� <br />Register of Deeds <br />0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0 -0 -0 -0 <br />FINAL DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />In the Matter of the Estate of <br />Final Decree. <br />Carl Bach,deceased. <br />Now on this 23" day of February,1922,this cause came on to <br />be heard on the Final Report of J.L.Cleary,Administrator of the Estate of Carl Bach,deceased, <br />and it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file that notice has been given to all per'- <br />sons interested in said estate of the filing of said report as required by law and the order <br />of this Court and it further appearing to the Court,after full examination,that the account <br />exhibited by said Administrator is correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed <br />and it further appearing that said Administrator has accounted for all of said estate which <br />has come into his hands,it is,therefore, <br />ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Report of said J.L.Cleary,Administrator of the Estate <br />of Carl Bach,deceased,be and the same is approved as and for his Final Report. <br />The Court finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner provided <br />by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said deceased; <br />that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims filed against said <br />estate have been paid in full; that the funeral expenses and expenses of the last sickness and <br />death of said deceased have been paid and that all outstanding claims against said estate not <br />filed,if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barred <br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Carl Bach,decease4 <br />and that said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that said Administrator,during the course of his said administration,received <br />cash from all sources,the sum of $2978.76.That he has paid out in the course of administrati6n, <br />the sum of $95.00 on account of the claim of William Guilford filed and allowed against said <br />estate,that he has paid to the attorney for said estate as a fee in the collection of damages <br />against the Union Pacific Railroad Company on account of the death of said deceased,for attorney, <br />gees and expenses connected therewith,the sum of $253.40.That thereafter there remained in the <br />hands of said Administrator for distribution among the heirs at law and those entitled to a <br />distribution of said personal property,the sum of $2630.36.That the said Administrator has paid= <br />to Felix Bach,father of said deceased and Mary Bach,mother of said deceased,the said Carl Bach <br />having died a single man,leaving no issue,each the sum of $1315.18 and the said Administrator <br />has paid out all sums coming into his hands. <br />The Court finds that the said Carl Bach,deceased,departed this life on the 17" day of April, <br />1912,being at the time a resident of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and that he died intes- <br />tate leaving the following as his sole and only heirs at law: Felix Bach,his father of Grand <br />Island,Nebraska. Mary Bach,his mother of Grand Island,Nebraska. <br />The Court finds that the said Carl Bach, died; seized as the owner in fee simple of the follow- <br />ing described real estate in the city of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit: Lots 4,5,6 <br />
