351 <br />n <br />FINAL DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA, <br />In the matter of the estate <br />of FINAL DECREE. <br />William H. ftley,deceased. Now on this 18th day of July,1923,this casue came on for hearing <br />upon the final report of Ivy M. nrley,administratrix of thostate of William H. F4rrley,deceased, <br />it appearing to the satisfaetton of the court,from the proof now on file,that notice of the fil- <br />ing of said report and of the time fixed for fiAal settlement of the estate of said deceased <br />was given to all persons interested by publication of such notice one week prior to the l8th day' <br />of July,1923,as required by order of court,and there being no objection or protest on file. <br />On examination of said report the court finds that the same is correct in all respects and <br />ought to be allowed;that said administratrix has accounted for all of the estate coming into her <br />hands and that there is no personal property in her possession for diisttibution. <br />The court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said deceased as to the time <br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against his estate;that the time allowed for filing <br />claims has fully expired and that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid' <br />and se.tisfied,and that all claims outstanding against said deceased not so filed,if any such exist, <br />are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of Ivy M.Farley,administratrix,be and <br />the said is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged of her': <br />trust. <br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from <br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of William H.Farley,deceased. <br />The court finds that the said William H.Farley departed this life on the 8th day of December, <br />1922,being at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and that he'' <br />died intestate,leaving surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law,the following`, <br />named persons:Ivy M.Farley,his widow,and Bessie Farley Hansen and Hazel Farley,his daughterel <br />The court finds that the said William H.Farley died seized in fee of the following described <br />real estate,to -wit: <br />Lots Three and Nine in Block Ten in Packer and Barris First Addition to the City of Grand Is- <br />land,in Hall County,Nebraska. <br />The court finds that said real estate descends by operation of law in the manner following: <br />To Ivy M.Farley,his widow,a.n undivided one -third part thereof; <br />To Bessie Farley Hansen and Hazel Farley,his daughters,each and undivided one -third part <br />thereof,subject to the homestead right of the said Ivy M Farley,therein. <br />It is therefore CONSIDERED,ADJUDGEV AND DECREED by the court that Lots 3 & 9 in Block 10,in <br />Packer and Barris first addition to the City of Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and <br />descend at the death of William H.Farley to the above named heirs at law in the manner following: -' <br />One third part to Ivy M.Farley,one third part to Bessie Farley Hansen and one -third part to Hazel <br />Failpy,subject to the homestead right of the said Ivy M.Farley,therein,and the court awards it to <br />them accordingly. <br />J.
