<br />receipts therefor in this Court,and that all other claims or debts of said deceased_ not filed
<br />herein,if any such there be,should be and are hereby forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that said Fritz Runge died testate at his home in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,and while a resident and inhabitant thereof,on the 27th.day of August,1922,leaving
<br />a last will and testament,which will has heretofore been duly filed,proveri,allowed and admitted
<br />to probate in this Court as by law provided;that he died seized of a fee simple title to the
<br />Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section One (1) ,Township Twelve. (12) North,Range Twelve (12) ,717est
<br />bf the 6th. P. M. ,and the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE-1 4 NE4) of Section Seven -
<br />teen (17),Township Twelve (12) North,Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th.P.M.,and that under the
<br />provisions of said will of said deceased,the above described real estate,together with all of
<br />the personal property,effects,and estate of said deceased,was devised and bequeath to Lary Runge
<br />widow of said deceased,and the same is hereby awarded to her and to her heirs and assigns for -
<br />ever.
<br />The Court further finds that the children of the deceased are as follows;E- mna,Lena,Matilda,
<br />Edith,Fritz,Louis,Elmer,and kmanda,and that the child described in said last will and testament
<br />of deceased as "Ida" is the sane child as "EditYand that "Edith" , is the correct name of said
<br />child,and that the correct name of the child described in the will as "Alma "is "Elmer ",and that
<br />"Elmer" is theferred to in the will under the name of "Alma ",and the court finds that the
<br />bequest to each of said children has been paid by the Executrix and her receipts from such
<br />children are on file in this Court.
<br />The Court further finds that said Executrix has accounted for all and singular of the pro -
<br />perty and estate of said deceased,coming into her hands as such Executrix,has paid all costs of
<br />administering said estate,a.nd has filed her personal receipt as legatee under said will for

<br />all of the personal property as shown by the inventory heretofore filed herein and the same is
<br />r
<br />awarded to her under the will of said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that there is no inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska from Mary;
<br />Runge,the principal beneficiary under the will of the deceased.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of the Executrix be,and
<br />the same is hereby allowed and approved,that all debts and claims not filed against said es-
<br />tate,if any exist,are forever barred and precluded,that the above described real estate,of
<br />which said deceased died seized,together with all personal property and effects of said de-
<br />cea.sed,passed and descended under the provisions of the will of deceased, to the said diary Runge,
<br />and the same is hereby awarded to her as by said will provided and said estate is hereby closed,`
<br />said Executrix discharged and her bond released.
