<br />WILL AND CERTIFICATE OF FINAL DECREE
<br />The Last Will of Fritz Runge.
<br />I,Fritz Runge,make this my last will hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />I appoint my wife Mary Runge executrix of this will and_ provide that she shall not be required
<br />to give a bond.
<br />To my children Emma, Lena ,11athilda, Ida, Fritz,Louis,Elma and Amanda each I give five dollars.
<br />All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real and personal I give,devise and bequeath to
<br />my beloved wife Lary Runge and to her heirs forever.
<br />Done at Grand Island Nebraska this 30" day of July A. D.1920.

<br />January,1923 said instrument to which this certificat4is attached was duly proved,probated and
<br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Fritz Runge,de-
<br />ceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded im the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />FRITZ RUNGE,DECEASED. Now on this 6th.day of July,1923,this cause came on for hearing
<br />upon the final -report of Mary Runge,Executrix of said estate,and her petition for a settlement,
<br />thereof,and it appearing from the proof on file in this Court and case that due and legal notice'
<br />by publication,as by law, and_ the orders of this Court reduired,has been given to all persons
<br />interested in said Estate of the filing of said report and the time and place for hearing thereon,
<br />and there being no objections thereto;the Court,upon examination thereof,finds said report in all
<br />respects correct,and finds that it should be and hereby is in all things approved and allowed.
<br />The Court further finds from the proof on file herein,that due and legal notice by publication,
<br />as by law and the orders of this Court required,has been given to all persons having claims against
<br />said estate of the time of hearing and place appointed for the filing of said claims,and that
<br />said time has long since expired and that all claims filed against said estate, including the
<br />legacies provided in the will,have been fully paid by the said Mary Runge,and that she has filed(
