<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under brae terms of the will
<br />of said Fritz Nietfeldt,deceased,a.11 of the personal property,household furniture,wearing
<br />apparel and ornaments of said deceased becomes the absolute property of his widow,Minnie Niet-
<br />feldt and that all of the real estate, hereinafter described,passed and descended under and by
<br />virtue of the terms and provisions of the will of said Fritz. Nietfeldt,to his widow,Minnie Niet-
<br />representation,the share thereof which his,her or their parent would have taking if living;
<br />towit,Lot five (5) in Block sixteen (16) in South Grand Island,as surveyed and platted and re-
<br />corded, in the city of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska. The South -west quarter ( S.W. J) of the
<br />North east quarter (N.E.L) of Section five (5) in Township eighteen (18) North Range eighteen
<br />(18) west of the Indi&n.Meridian,(1* acres) in Dewey County,Oklahoma and Lots one (1) and two
<br />(2) of section five (5) in Township eighteen (18) north of Range eighteen (18) and the South
<br />half (S1) of the South East quarter ( S.E. -.) of section thirty -two (32) in Township nineteen
<br />(19) North of Range eighteen (19) 'Nest of Indian !Aeridian,(156 Acres) in Dewey County,Oklahoma,
<br />and distribmtion thereof is hereby accordingly made and entered.

<br />son,the West half (W2) of the North -west Quarter (N. W. 4) of Section 36,Township 11 Range 9 West
<br />of 6th P.M.(90 acres) in Hall County,Nebraska.,subject however to the payment of a legacy,as pro -
<br />vided in said will,to Fritz Nietfeldt,a son,in the amount of Four Thousand ($4,000.00), Dollars,
<br />said legacy to constitute a lien upon said premises,and the east half (E2) of the north -east
<br />quarter (N. E. 4) of Section 22,Township 15 Range 9,west of 6th P.M.in Howard County,Nebraska,
<br />subject however to the payment of a legacy in the amount of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars,to be
<br />paid to Fritz Nietfeldt,a son,as provided,in said will,said legacy to constitute a lien upon
<br />said. premises.
<br />To Harry Nietfeldt, the west half (W2) of the south -west Quarter (S. W. J) of section 25 Township
<br />11 Range 9 (90 acres) west of 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska,subjeet however to the payment by
<br />the said Harry Nietfeldt,of a legacy,a.s by said will provided,in the amount of Four Thousand
<br />04,000.00) Dollars to Alvina Schmale,a daughter, said legacy to constitute a lien upon said p re-
<br />mises,and to the said Harry Nietfeldt,a son,the west half (Iffy) of the north east quarter (N.E.w)
<br />of section 22 Township 15,Range 9 (90 acres) West of 6th P.M.in Howard County,Nebraska subject
<br />however to the payment of a legacy in the amount of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars,by him the
<br />said Harry Nietfeldt to be paid to Alvina Schmale,said legacy to constitute a lien upon said preo-
<br />mises,as by said will provided.
<br />All of the following real estate passes and descends under and by virtue of the terms of said
<br />will of said Fritz Nietfeldt,deceased,to Minnie Nietfeldt,his widow,for �Rnd during her natural
