<br />Now on this lSo tlri day of June' 1923 „this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Minnie $ietfeldt,Executrix of the last will and testament of the,
<br />said Fritz Nietfeldt,deceased,an d the court,having examined the records and files and being fully'
<br />advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested
<br />in said estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said report,as heretofore ordered
<br />I
<br />by the court.
<br />And the court having examined the final report,together with all other files,an d the testimony'
<br />offered in support thereof,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and ought
<br />to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said Executrix.
<br />The court further finds that the said'Fritz Nietfeldt,departed this life -at his residence
<br />in Hall County,Nebraska,on the 2nd day of June 1922,and at the time of his death he was a resident
<br />and inhabitant of said Hall County,Nebraoka,and that the last will and testament of the said
<br />Fritz Nietfeldt,was duly,proven,allowed and admitted to probate in this court on the loth day of

<br />August 1922,and the said Minnie Nietfeldt duly qualified as executrix thereunder.
<br />The court further finds that the saidllFritz Nietfeldt,died seized as the owner in fee simple
<br />of the following described real estate,towit;

<br />9 (SO acres) in Hall County,Nebraska.
