Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE <br />OF FINAL DECREE. <br />HENRY FALLDORF,DECEASED. <br />Now,on this 20th day of January,1923,this cause came on to be <br />heard upon the final report of Henry H.Falldorf,Executor of the last will and testament of Henry', <br />Falldorf,deceased,following due and legal notice to all persons interested in the estate of said <br />deceased of the filing of said report and of the time fixed for final settlement of said estate. <br />On consideration of the report and the files of this office the court finds that sai&.'Xxe <br />cutor has accountedfor all of the estate of said deceased which came to his possession or under <br />his control and that his report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed;that he has paid <br />the special bequests as provided in said will as well as the funeral expenses and costs of admin - <br />istration and has turned over to the residuary legatee all personal property remaining in his hands <br />as shown by said report. <br />The Court further finds that notice was given to creditors of said deceased,in the manner pro- <br />vided by law,of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said <br />deceased,that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expire4 and that no claims of any <br />nature were filed against said estate;that all claims outstanding against said deceased and not <br />filed within the titre limited for filing claims are therefore forever barred. <br />It is therefore considered by the Court that the report of Henry H.Falldorf,executor,be and <br />the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account. <br />It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever barred and precluded from <br />filing or setting up any claiml or demands against the estate of Henry Falldorf,deceased. <br />The Court finds that the said Henry Falldorf departed this life on the 30th day of May,1922,that <br />he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and that he <br />left a Last Will and Testament,*hich instrument was duly proved,allowed and admitted to probate <br />in this court on the let day of July,1922,and entered of record in this office. <br />The 9ourt further finds that the said Henry Falldorf died seized in fee of the following des - <br />cribed real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit: <br />Lot Three (3) in Block Eight (8) in Wiebe's Addition,to Grand Island,and that under the provisions <br />of the Last Will and Testament of the testator the above mentioned and described real estate did!. <br />pass and descend at his,death to Henry H.Falldorf,his son,in absolute title. <br />It is therefore CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED,by the Court that Lot Number Three in Block' <br />Number Eight in Wiebe's Addition to Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska did pass and descend at <br />the death of Henry Falldorf,under the terms and provisions of his Last Will and Testament to Henry <br />H.Falldorf in fee and the Court awards it to him. <br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to inheritance tax. <br />J.H.Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />State of Nebraska, <br />Be. <br />Hall County In the County Court of Hall County,Nebraska <br />I,J.H.Mullin,County Judge of Hall County,Nebraska,do hereby certify that I have compared the <br />foregoing copy of WILL AND CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE AND FINAL DECREE IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE <br />OF HENRY FALLDORF,DECEASED, with the original record thereof,now remaining in said Court,that the' <br />same is a correct transcript thereof,and of the whole of such original 3scord;that said Court is <br />a Court of Record having a seal,which seal is hereto attached;that said Court has no Clerk <br />r <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
