<br />Proofs on file in this office and court,that legal notice as by law and the orders of this court..
<br />required,has been given to all parties interested of the filing of said reports and the time for
<br />hearing thereon and there being no objections thereto,the court on examination thereof thereof
<br />finds that the same are in all respects correct and should be allowed and approved; the court
<br />further finds from the proofs on file herein,that legal notice as by law and the orders of this
<br />Oourt required,has been given to all persons having claims against said estate of the time and
<br />place for filing same,that said time has expired;that all claims that have been filed or allowed'
<br />against said estate have been paid;that all claims or debts of deceased or against her estate not
<br />filed or allowed have been paid,that the court costs and other expenses of administering said
<br />estate have been fully paid and that all inheritances due from said estate or chargeable to any
<br />legatee or devisee under the will of said deceased have been duly determined and paid;that all
<br />persons having claims against said estate,if any,unfiled,are forever barred and precluded from
<br />making claim thereon and all such unfiled claims and debts,if any,are barred.
<br />The court further finds that said administrator and executor have accounted for all and singular
<br />of the moneys and properties coming into their hands and have paid out and distributed the same
<br />as by orders of this court and the will of said deceased provided and directed;that said adminis-.
<br />trator has fully paid all legacies and bequests in accordance with the will of the deceased and the
<br />orders of this court;that said estate has been fully administered and should be settled and closed.
<br />The court further finds that said Bertha Hexter was,at the time of her death,the owner in fee
<br />simple of the following described real estate situate in the county of Hall and State of Nebraska.,
<br />to -wit: Lots Seven (7) and Eight (9) in Block One Hundred and Seven (107) in Railroad Addition to
<br />the city of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />The court further finds that said Bertha Hexter died testate,leaving a last will and testament,
<br />which has been duly allowed and proved in this court and that under the terms and provisions
<br />thereof,the said above described real estate passed and descended in fee simple to Samuel Hexter
<br />husband of deceased and her sole devisee.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ADJUDGED,CONSIDERED AND DECREED by the court that said report of said adminis-.
<br />trator with the will annexed of his own acts and doings as well as these of the executor of said
<br />estate,since deceased,be and the same is hereby approved and allowed ;that the legacy in Item
<br />Second of said will to the Cleveland Jewish Orphan Home of Cleveland,Ohio,has been paid;that all
<br />inheritance taxes,a.s fixed and determined herein,chargeable to said estate or against any legacy'
<br />or devisec.under said will,have been fully paid ;that all debts or claims of deceased or against
<br />her estate,which have been filed or allowed have been paid;that all debts or claims against said
<br />estate or deceased,if any there be,not filed herein,are forever barred;that the court costs and
<br />expenses of administration herein have been paid ;that upon the death of the said testatrix,Bertha
<br />Hexter,the above described real estate,to -wit: Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block One Hundred
<br />and Seven (107) in Railroad Addition to the city of Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska,owned
<br />by her death,passed and descended to the above named devisee,Samuel Hexter,her husband,in fee
<br />simple under the terms of said will and the statutes of Nebraska in force at the time of the
<br />death of said testatrix,that said administrator with the will annexed is hereby discharged,his
<br />bond released and said estate is hereby closed.
