<br />ITEM SIXTH.
<br />Should any of my said daughters die before I do leaving a minor child or children living
<br />at my death as provided in Item Third and Fourth,then I authorize,empower and direct my exe-
<br />cutor as hereinafter named,to sell and dispose of all or any of my said real estate at public
<br />or private sale,at such prices and upon such terms as he shall deem advisable with the consent
<br />of my surviving daughters and to make,execute acknowledge and deliver deed or deeds of convey -
<br />ance .herefor and to divide the net proceeds of such sale as hereinbefore provided.
<br />ITEM SEVENTH.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my husband,Samuel Hexter,my sole executor,if he survive me, E
<br />and d rect that he be not required to give bonds as such and should my said husband not survive;
<br />me,then I nominate and appoint my son— in— law,Sol Hirsch,of St.Joseph,Missouri,my sole executor
<br />and direct that he be not required to give bonds.

<br />Hereby revoking and annulling all former wills by me made,I declare the above and foregoing
<br />consisting of three pages typewritten on one side only and on the margin sheet whereof I have
<br />affix d my signature,to be my last will and testament.
<br />Signed in duplicate this 30th day of November,1920.
