One -Third (j) of Lot Seven (7) in Block Fifty -seven (57) in the Original Town,now City of Grand 9 4 Island and Lot Five (5) in Block One Hundred Eighteen (118),in Railroad Addition to Grand Island The Court finds that under the provis ions of the last will and testament of said Catharine Nielsen all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at her death to Anna C.Nielsen,an adopted daughter,in absolute title. s It is therefore CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT,That all of the right,title and interest of the said Catharine Nielsen,in and to the East One Third of Lot Seven in Block Fifty -seven in the Original Town now City of Grand Island,and Lot Five in Block One- hundred eighteen in Railroad Addition to Grand Island,all in Hall County,Nebraska did pass and descend at her death under and by virtue of the provisions of her last will and testament to Anna C. Nielsen,in fee,and the Court awards it to her. The Court finds that the Inheritance Tax assessed against said estate has been paid. State of Nebraska, SS. In the County Court of Hall County,Nebraska 326 No. 39 HALL COUNTY 2572 —$IoPH Printing Co., Omaha hands;that she has received from all sources the sum of $8600.00 and has paid out for funeral, expenses of last sickness,for claims filed against said estate,and for expense of administra- tion the sum of $674.50 and that the sum remaining in her hands as Executrix has been paid over to the residuary legatee under the will. It is therefore considered by the Court that the report of said executrix be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final account. The Court finds that due notice was given to all creditors by publication in the manner re- quired by law as to the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased and that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims filed against said estate have been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding i against said deceased or her estate,if any such there be,are.therefore forever barred and excluded. It is therefore considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Catharine Nielsen,deoeased. The Court further finds that the said Catharine Nielsen departed this life on the 10th day of August,1922,that she was at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska,and that she left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved,allowed, and admitted to probate in this court on the 11th day of September,1922,and recorded in this office.
