WILL AND DECREE
<br />I,Catharine Nielsen of the City of Grand Island,County of Hall and State of Nebraska,consider
<br />ing the uncertainty of this mortal life,and being of sound mind and memory,blessed be God for the
<br />same,do make and publish this my last will and testament,in manner and form following,that is
<br />to say:-
<br />FIRST: I direct that my funeral charges,the expenses of administering my estate,and all my debts;
<br />be paid out of my personal property.If that be insufficient,I authorize my executrix hereinafter
<br />named,to sell so much of my real estate as may be necessary for that purpose.
<br />SECOND: I give:and bequeath all the residue of my estate,real and personal,whether now owned
<br />by me or hereafter acquired to Anna C.Nielsen,adopted daughter,formerly Anna C.Stuhr.
<br />THIRD: I appoint the aforesaid Anna C.Nielsen executrix of this my last will and testament,and it
<br />is my wish 6tid request that my said executrix be not required to give bond and that she be per-
<br />mitt'epd to act as such executrix with out bond. I hereby revoke all former wills by me made.

<br />CATHARINE NIELSEN,DECEASED. Now on this 14th day of April,1923,following due notice,to all
<br />persons interested,by publication as required by order of court,this cause came on to be heard upon
<br />the final report Anna C.Nielsen,Executrix of the last will and testament of Catharine Nielsen,
<br />deceased,having been duly continued from the 31st day of March,1923,because of unfinished business.
<br />On examination thereof the Court finds that the report of said Executrix is correct in every
<br />respect and ought to be allowed;that she has fully accounted for all property coming into her
