I <br />I,J.H.Mullin,Judge of the County Court in and for said County,do hereby <br />certify that on the 31st day of December,1908,the instrument purporting to be the last will <br />and testament of Louis Veit,deceased, was filed for probate in this Court.That on the let day <br />of February,1909,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated! <br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said Louis Veit, <br />F <br />deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.' <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court <br />this let day of February,1909. <br />( SEAL) J.H.Mullin <br />County Judge, <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ) <br />FINAL DECREE, <br />,) <br />LOUIS VEIT,DECEASED. ) <br />Now on this 2nd day of Apri1,1910,this cause came on for hear -1 <br />ing upon the final report of Oscar Veit,Administrator with the Will Annexed of the estate of <br />Louis Veit,deceased,and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the proof on file <br />that all persons interested in the estate of said deceased have been duly notified by publicat -�— <br />A <br />tion,as required by the order of court dated March 19,1910,and there being no objection or pto -r <br />test on file and no one appearing to object,the Court proceeded to examine said report, <br />After a full examination it is found by the Court that the report of said Administrator is <br />true and correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed. <br />It is therefore Ordered,Adjudged and Decreed that the report of Oscar Veit,Administrator, z <br />be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged <br />of his trust. <br />The Court finds that due and legal notice was given all persons,in the manner provided by <br />law and the order of Court of the time.allowed and place appointed for filing claims against <br />the estate of said Louis Veit,deceased;that the time allowed for filing claims against said F <br />estate has fully expired;that -all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully j <br />paid and satisfied ;that all claims outstanding against said estate and not filed,if any there <br />be,are therefore forever barred and excluded.' <br />i <br />It is therefore Ordered and Adjudged by the Court that all persons are forever barred from <br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Louis Veit,deceased,and that <br />said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said Louis Veit departed this life on the 27th day of December, l <br />1908,and that he left a LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT which was duly admitted to probate herein on the! <br />first day of Februarytlg0g,and that he left the following named persons as his sole heirs at <br />law,devisees and legatees under said Will: Augusta Veit,his widow,and William Veit,his son, <br />Eva Helene Veit,his daughter,Oscar Veit,his son,Ernestine Dora Veit,his daughter,Louis C.Veit, <br />his son,Ernest A.Veit,,his son and Augusta M.Veit,his daughter. <br />It is found by the court that the said Louis Veit was at the time of his death the owner <br />of the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, <br />to -wit: <br />Fractional Lots 1,2,and all of Lot 3,in Block 105,Railroad Addition to Grand Island,same being <br />R <br />the homestead of deceased and his family;The Westerly one-third if Lot 91in Block 54 of the <br />Original Town,now City,of Grand Island;Lots 16 and 17 in Frank P.Bark's subdivision No.2 of <br />part of the East 2 of the N.E.J of Section 10,Township 11,Range 9;The Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 7,in Township ll,in Range ll,and that by virtue of the terms and provisions of the <br />
