<br />foregoing copy of Final Decree and La,st,Will and Testament and Certificate of Probate in the matter
<br />of the estate of Jessie A.Milson,deceased.with the original record thereof,now remaining; i# said
<br />Court,that the same is a correct transcript thereof,and of the whole of such original record;that
<br />said Court is a Court of Record having a seal,which seal is hereto attached;that said Court has no
<br />Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name,and that I are the legal custodian of said
<br />Seal and of the Records of said Court,and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.

<br />WILL AND CERTIFICATE AND FIJAL DECREE
<br />I,Louis Veit,of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,make and declare this to be my last Will
<br />and Testament:
<br />FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses'be paid out of my Estate.
<br />SECOND : I give and bequeath to each of my seven children,William Veit,Eva Helene Veit,Elias
<br />Oscar Veit,Ernestine Dora Veit,Louis C.Veit,Ernest A.Veit and Augusta II.Veit,the sum of One
<br />thousand 00 /100 Doilars,to be paid to them as they reach their ma�,orities;making,in all,the sum;
<br />of Seven thousand 00 /100 Dollars,so bequeathed.
<br />THIRD: I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,Augusta Veit,all the rest and residue of
<br />my esta.te,both real and personal.wheresoever found,to be held by her in fee simple,PROVIDED.
<br />that my said wife does not remarry within twelve (12) years of the date of this instrument.
<br />In the event of such remarriage of my said wife within the twelve years above mentioned then it
<br />is my will and desire that Two thousand 00 /100 ($2000.00) Dollars additional be paid out of
<br />my estate,to each of my seven children above named,payment to be made within eight months next
<br />following such remarriage,and that then the rest and residue of my estate,both real and personal.,
<br />be paid or turned over,to my said wife,to be held by her in fee simple.
<br />FOURTH: I appoint and constitute my said wife,Augusta Veit,guardian of such of my said children�as
<br />may be minors at the time of my death,and I desire that she be not required to give bond as such
<br />guardian.
<br />FIFTH: I appoint and constitute my friend,Richard Goehring of Grand Island,Nebraska,sole exe-
<br />cutor of this my last will and testament,and it is my desire that he be not required to give bond
<br />as such executor.
<br />In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 15th day of March,A.D.1999.
