<br />also known as T.C.Gumbrel, died intestate more than two years prior to the filing of the petition
<br />in this cause, that no application fot the appointment of an administrator of his estate has been
<br />made in the State of Nebr�.:Aska, nor has there oeen any admidistra_tion upon his estate in the .State'
<br />of Nebraska., that he died seized in fee simple of real estate in the State of Nebraska as here -
<br />inbefore described that he left him surviving as his only heirs at 1"w. Ada L.Gambrel, widow,
<br />Carrie L.Gambrel, daughter, Ruby E.Gambrel, daughter, Georgia Gambrel, daughter, Helen G.Gumbrel
<br />daughter, Edwin Gambrel, son, that the above described real estate descended as follows to Ada
