<br />hearing upon the p etiti on of Ada L.Gaarbrel, ifidow and one of the heirs at law of the above named

<br />James C.Gcaibrel, also known as T.C.Gambrel. deceased, praying for settlement of the estate of saiii
<br />deceased, a determination of his heirs and the right of descent of his real rr* oo arty and the
<br />degree of kinship of said heirs at law and it appearing from the proof on file herein that due
<br />and legal notice by publication for three successive weeks, as by law and the order of this Court;
<br />required, has been given to all creditors, heirs at law, and persons interested in said estate,
<br />a
<br />of the filing of said petition and of the time and place for hearing same, which time was more
<br />than thirty days and less than sixty days, after the filing of said petition, and there being no s
<br />obiections thereto, the cause was duly submitted to the Court upon said petition, and the evidence,
<br />and the Court being duly advised in the premises finds that the allegations in the petition are

<br />true, that the said .Turves C.Gambrel, also known as J.C.Gambrel, died intestate on the 7th day of

<br />May, 1920, in Orland, Glenn County, California, and that at the time of his death was a resident
<br />of Glenn County, California, that at the time of his death he was the owner of certain real
<br />property inHa11 County, Nebraska, that more than two years have elapsed since his death, that no
<br />applic"tion has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an Administrator of hiss

<br />estate and no administration has been had of said estate in the State of Nebraska. i

<br />The Court finds that the deceased left him surviving the following named -heirs-at law; Ada L.
<br />Gz.i.mbrel, widow, uge Otter 40 years, Carrie L.Gambrel, daughter, age 22 years, Ruby E.Gambrel,
<br />daughter, age 20 years, Georgia Gambrel, daughter, age 18 years, Helen G.Gambrel, daughter, age
<br />16 years, Edwin G.Gambrel, son, , age 14 years, all of Orland, Glenn County, California..

<br />The Court finds that the said James C.Gambrel, also known as .T.C.Gambrel, died, seized in fee
<br />simple, of the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska., to -wit: Lots-
<br />One (1), Two (2) and Three (3). all in Block Eighty -three (83) of Wheeler and Bennett's Fourth
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, as shown by the recorded plat of said addition, which real
<br />estate did, upon the death of the said James C.Gambrel, also known a.s .T.C.Gambrel, pass and
<br />descend& by operation of law, to the above named heirs at law as follows: to Ada L.Gambrel, widow
