<br />descend at his death under the provisions of his last will and testament to Philip I.Turphy,
<br />residuary legatee, and the court awards it to him.

<br />hearing upon the Final Report of James A- Michelson, Administrator of the estate of Frederick H.

<br />Michelson, deceased, following due notice to all persons interested, of the filing of said report
<br />and of the time fixed for final settlement of said estate, by publication, as required by law ank
<br />Eby order of Court, and no one having appeared to object to or protest against the approval and
<br />allowance of said report.
<br />Afte-r a full examination of said report the Court finds that said Administrator has fully accomntj
<br />ed, for all of the estate of said deceased
<br />his report is correct in all respects and
<br />sources the sum of Fifty thousand six hunt
<br />and that he has paid out in settlement of
<br />expenses of last sickness and expenses of
<br />hands for distribution among the heirs at
<br />which came into his hands q,r under his control and that
<br />ought to be allowed; that he has received from all
