<br />The court finds that notice of this hearing was given to all parties interested in the estute
<br />by due publication of notice thereof.as provided by law.and that proof of the publication of such
<br />notice is on file in this case;the court further finds that the accounts of the administrators
<br />are true and correct and the scene are hereby approved and allowed.The Court further finds that the
<br />administrator.Williwr, R.Williams,is entitled to the further sum of five hundred dollars ( 500.00)
<br />for his services as administru.tor to this date, in addition to the amount heretofore allowed; that
<br />the administrator,T.C.Munger.is entitled to the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00)
<br />for his services ws administrator to this date,i.n addition to the amount heretofore allowed.
<br />That the administrators now have in their hands a balance of eight thousand one hundred and
<br />eighty seven and 02 /100 Dollars ($8,187-02) in money and that there is a small further sum to
<br />be received as interest in money on deposit in the bank;the court finds that under the Will of
<br />Colcott Stowell, deceased, the money now to be distributed should be paid to the following named

<br />The court further finds that the administra.trix of Tohn Ii. Stowell retained the sum that would
<br />be due to ,TOhn II. Stowell un -er the terms of the will of Colcott Stowell and that no portion of
<br />the funds now in the administrators' hands should be paid to the Tohn H. Stowell estate.

<br />It is therefore ordered and adjudged that the administrators pay the b&lance of the costs
<br />due to this court in this proceeding,the amount hereby allowed to the administrators for their
<br />services, the amount of premiums on surety bonds of the administrators, to wit, the sum of X15.62
<br />as premium, on the bond of T. C. Muni er. and the sum of $2.50 us premium on the bond of W. R. Willi arras,
<br />and the expenses of W. R. Vi ll.i errs for attendance at this hearing taxed at 614.00, and that the
