<br />The Court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of the Last Will and Testament of
<br />the sai -d Henry Ri ef,all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend
<br />at his death to Emma Rief,his widow,for her use and benefit during the term of her natirr&l life'
<br />and that after death of the said Fatima Ri.ef,a,ll of said real estate does pass and descend,under the
<br />provisions of said Last Will and Testament to Arthur Rief =son of the testator,i.n absolute title,
<br />sub,iect however to the payment by said Arthur Rief, of certain le ga cies to the A
<br />children of said
<br />deceased,as provided for in said -,vill and the Court finds that aUl of said legacies as chL=ged
<br />and modified by stipulation of the legatees have been paid and satisfied.
<br />It i.s therefore considered,ad,iudged and decreed by the Court that all of the right,title and
<br />interest of Henry Rief in and to the Test -half of the South -east Quarter of Section Four in Tow-
<br />ship Ten in Range Nine and the Right -of -way over a part of .South -east quarter of South -east Quarter

<br />and by virtue of the provisions of his Last Will and Testament to Dnrna Rief,his widow,�or her
<br />sole use and benefit duri_nic_; the term of her natural life and that at her death all 'of said real
<br />estate passes and descends, under the provisions of the said Last Will and Testament to Arthur
<br />Rief,his son,subject to the payment by said Arthur Rief,of the legacies provided for in said
<br />Last Will and Testament.
<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of the said Last Will and Testcjilent,a;,nd that under,
<br />then terns of the stipulation.mede end entered into by and between th -' legatees and the said
<br />Arthur Rief, the 1 -E,ecies of $500.00 each to Herbert Rief and Nellie Ericksen are to be paid within
<br />18 months after the death of gm.ma Ripf,and that the said Arthur Rief has executed his promissory
<br />note to said legatee due and payable 18 months after the death of the said Frnma Rief.
