<br />upon the final report of Emma Rief,Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Henry Rief,deceased,

<br />pursuant to notice to all persons interested as to the filing, of said report and of the time
<br />appointed for final settlement of said estate.
<br />On examination of said report and on consideration of the testimony in support thereof the
<br />Court finds that said Executrix has accounted for all of the estate of said deceased which came f
<br />into her possession, and that her report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed;thwt

<br />notice has been given to all creditors as to the time allowed and place ap- ointAd for filing
<br />I
<br />claims against the estate of said deceased;tha.t the time allowed for filing; claims against
<br />R
<br />said estate has fully expired,that all clair_ls filed against said estate have been paid and sat- a
<br />i,sfi ed and that all claims outstanding against said deceased, if any such there be are, therefore
<br />forever barred.
<br />It is therefore considered by the Court that the`report of T±',1YtITa Ripf,Fxecutrix,be and the same"
<br />hsrQby as approved end allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged of her trust.
<br />It is further consider -d that .�11 persons are forever barred from filing and setting up any

<br />It is found by the Court that the said Henn,; Rief departed this life on the 29th day of July, 1
<br />1921,being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and that he left a last
<br />will and testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed. admitted to probate and recorded in
<br />this office on the 23r d day , of Nov .,e
