<br />IN THE NA117, OF GOD , PNEN: I, James R. Hanna, of the City of Grand Island, in the County of Hall,
<br />and State of Nebraska.,considering the uncertainty of this mortal life.dnd being of sound mind and
<br />memory.blessed be God for the same.do make and publish this my last will and testament.in manner'
<br />and form following, .that is to say:
<br />FIRST.I direct that my funeral charges, the expenses of administering my estate.and all my debts
<br />be paid out of my personal property. If that be insufficient I auth(jrize my executrix, hereafter
<br />named.to sell so much of my real estate as may be necessary for that purpose.
<br />SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,Lora C.Hanna.in lieu of any distributive
<br />share in my estate to which she would otherwise be entitled.the dwelling house situate on Lot
<br />Six,of Block 122,Koenig & Wiebe's addition to Grand Island,together with all fixtur ; tores,,sur;r
<br />ICe ,
<br />lies.beds and bedding.cafs.Plectric and ga,s,library.musicr",1, instruments.household and kitchen
<br />furniture of every kind whatsoever and such other gifts.devises and bequests as are set forth
<br />specifically herein.
<br />THIRD-1 give,devise and bequeath all of the residue of my estate. real personal and mixed.as
<br />follows:
<br />To my beloved wife.Lora C.Hunna.one -h"lf thereof.
<br />To my beloved daughter Helen C. Henna. on e- fourth thereof.
<br />To my beloved s on. DonaldC. Hrs,n na, one - fourth thereof.
<br />In case any one of my children shall die in my lifetime.leaving issue or descendants.I direct
<br />that his or her share shall not lapse but shall be paid to such descendants in equal proportion.
<br />FOURTH: I appoint my beloved wife,Lora C. Hanna. executrix of this my last will and testament,
<br />without bound.and "direct that she be authorized to act as executrix herein without bond,hereby
<br />revoking, all former will by me made.

<br />FIFTH•i are. carrying $10,000.00 of life insurance upon my life.all of which is payable to my be-
