<br />IN THE NA14L OF GOD AMEN:
<br />I. Wilbur N.Lockwood of Hebron, Nebraska, now at Nelson, Nebraska,
<br />being of sound mind and memory, but conscious of the approaching end of my earthly life, do
<br />hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament:
<br />First: I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate,
<br />Se ond: Subject to the foregoing provision, I give, devise and bequeath to Miss Josephine Schott,:
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, the Sum of one Thousand Dollars to be paid to her out of the 1920
<br />wheat crop on the farm near Chappel, Nebraska.
<br />Third: I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved step - mother, Mrs.Addie P.Lockwood, the sum of
<br />five hundre 3 dollars in money to be paid her by my executor within three months after my
<br />decease, and I give devise and bequeath unto said Addie P.Lockwood the one block of ground
<br />owned by me in the City of Redmond, Deschutes County, Oregon, and all my interest, right and
<br />title in one block of ground in Uplands, California, which was a part of my father's estate.
<br />Fourth: Subject the foregoing provisions I give, devise and bequeath all the residue of my .
<br />property both real and personal, wheresoever situated, unto my beloved brother, Roy R.Lockwood.
<br />Fifth: I hereby constitute and appoint my brother Roy R.Lockwood executor of this my last will;
<br />and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
<br />In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand at Nelson, Nebraska, this 9th day of January,
<br />1921.

<br />We whose names are undersigned do hereby certify that on the 9th day of January, 1921, the
<br />testator, Wilbur N.Lockwood signed the foregoing instrument consisting of two pages of manu-
<br />script, in our presence and in the presence of each of us, at the same time in our presence
<br />and 'nearing declaring the same to be his last will and testament; and we thereupon at his re-
<br />quest, in his presence and in the presence of each other have signed our names hereto as attest

<br />deceased, was filed for probate in this Court.
<br />That on the 19th day of May A.D.1921, said instrument to which this is attached was duly proved,
<br />probated, and allowed as the last will and testament of the said Wilbur N.Lockwood deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered,to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
