<br />give and bequeath to my said son,Emil Wiese,the 'sum of Two Hundred Dollars in money,to be paid
<br />to hire in the due course of the administration of my estate.

<br />I give and devise to my son,Otto F.Wiese,the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of
<br />Section number twenty -three; also Lot number two in said Section twenty - three; also the west half
<br />of the southeast quarter of Section Number fourteen,all in township ten,North,Runge ten Westin'
<br />Hall County. Nearaska.

<br />It is my desire,and I direct that all legacies of motley made herein.be paid to the respective
<br />legatees as rapidly as the c :,ndition of my estate will permit, and that all of same be paid to them
<br />within two years after "A� death ,and my estate closed within that time.

<br />All of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate and pkoperty of every kind and wheresoever
<br />situate,I give,devise,and bequeath in equal shares to the devisees and legatees hereinabove named,
<br />to- wit: William H.Wiese,John F.Wiese,Doru. Lilienthal. Augusta, Arp,Emil Wiese,and Otto F.Wiese,
<br />and in case of the death of any of said legatees or devisees named in this will,prior to my death,
<br />leaving issue or descendants him or her surviving, I direct that his share shall not lapse,but shall
<br />be paid to such issue or descendants by right of representation.
<br />NINTH.
<br />I name, nominate, and appoint Charles G. Ryan, of Grand Island,Nebraska. executor of this,my last;
<br />will and test:A.menty�ler wills by me made.
