<br />County,Nebruska, and that under the will of said deceased he devised the last above described prlsm-
<br />ises to Ella M. Reimers, daughter of said deceased, subject to a charge therein the sum of One
<br />Hundred Fifty (4150) Dollars per y ear, to be paid annually for the support and keep and care of
<br />said Anna D.Nissen.daughter of deceased.tha first payment to be made one year after the death
<br />of said deceased.a,nd annually thereafter, and said premises is hereby awarded to said Ella M.Reimars
<br />and to her a.ssigns.heirs.and devisees.subject to said charge as in said will set forth.
<br />The court further finds that said Ldeceased died seized of the east half of the southwest quarter
<br />of Section Fifteen (15).in Township Eleven (11) North,Range Eleven (11) Westin Hall County.

<br />The court further finds that the said executors have accounted for all and singular of the
<br />money and property coming into their hands or under their control as such executors and have
<br />paid all debts, c laims. and costs of administration and otheV expenses of said estate. and that
<br />the sum of $197.19 w4,s contributed by the above named devisees and children of said deceased, to�-
<br />wit. Ludwig H. Ni ssen,Murtha C. ,Tohnson, and Ella M- Reimers, who paid said amount pers onally, and that
<br />t'iey make no claims ag"i.nst the estate or lands or property of said deceased for a repayment
<br />thereof, and that all of said costs, debts, and expenses have been fully paid cnd that said executors
