<br />do hereby certify that on the 24th day of April, 1922, the instrument purporting to be the last
<br />will and testament of Nis Christi-an Nissen,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court.That
<br />on the 20th day of V4.1922.said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly
<br />proved,prDbated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said
<br />Nis Christian Nissen, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the
<br />Court aforesaid.

<br />approved as therein pirwyed. j
<br />The court further finds from the proof on file herein that due and legal notice,as by law

<br />and the orders of this court required, has been given by publication to all persons interested
<br />in said estate and having claims against sumexof the time withi hich and place where said

<br />estate.and all funeral expenses of deceased and costs of administration have been fully paid,
<br />and that a,ll claims not filed, if arIY such ther ,� be, are forever barred and precluded.
<br />The court further finds that the said Nis Christian Nissen.died.testate.in Hall County.Neb-
<br />ra.ska.a,nd while a resident and inhabitwnt thereof.on April 20,1922;and he left a last will
<br />and testament which has heretofore been duly fiU4,proven, allowed. and admitted to probate in
<br />this court and cause, as by law provided; that he died seized of the north half of the southVast
<br />quarter of Section Five (5) %,in Township Eleven (11), North. Range Ten (10) West in Hall County.,
