<br />he shall pay to my said daughter.Anna D-Nissen.or to her guardian.the sum of One Hundred and Fifty
<br />Dollars per year.the first payment to be made one year after my deuth.and annually thereafter..

<br />this stute.of the said guardian herein named.provided she is willing to accept said appointment,
<br />and in case of her death or resignation or refusal to act as such guardianthen I desire that said
<br />Court shall appoint some responsible person to so act.
