<br />Now, on this 23rd day of December, 1922, this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Minnie Larimor Brownell,Executrix of the last will and testament
<br />of drank Alva Brownell, deceased, and upon her petition for settlement of said estate and her
<br />discharge herein,and the court having examined the records and files and being fully advised
<br />inthe premises,finds that due and legal notice,has been given to all persons interested in said i
<br />estate of the time and place fixed for d hearing upon said report and petition.
<br />And the court,ha,ving examined said report,together with the vouchers on file.and being fully
<br />advised in the premises,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the k
<br />same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said executrix.
<br />The court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />4nd place fixed for filing claims against said estate, and that the time so fixed has fully ex-
<br />pired.and that Ldl persons having claims against said estate,if any such there be,and not filed
<br />within the time limited by said notice,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or assertj-
<br />ing ar such claims against said estate.
<br />The court further finds that said estate is not of sufficient value to by liable for an in-
<br />heritance teAx under the laws of the stag: of Nebraska, that said executrix has paid the costs of
<br />i
<br />this proceeding, and that there rernains in her hands, as such executrix,the sum of $148.49.

<br />Brownell,deceased,died seized as the owner in fee simple of the following described real estate
<br />situated in the county of Ha11 and state of Nebraska.to -wit: The east half of the southeast
<br />quarter of Section Thirty-two (32 ), and the West half of the southwest quarter of Section Thi rty
<br />three (33),in Township Twelve (12),North.Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth P.M.,and Lot Two (2).
<br />in Block One Hundred and Sixteen (116),in Railroad Addition to the city of Grand Island.

<br />The court further finds that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of
<br />the said Frank Alva Brownell, duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this court, all of
<br />the property,both real and personal,belongirg to the estate of the said Frank Alva Brownell.de-
<br />ceased.pa,ssed, by absolute title, to Minnie Lorimor Brownell, surviving widow of said deceased.
