<br />Now, on this 15th day of December, 1922, this
<br />c cruse came on to be heard upon the final report of Minnie M.Houser,Executrix of said estate.and
<br />her petition for settlanent thereof.and it appearing; from the proof on file herein that due and
<br />legal notice,as by law and the orders of this Court required,ha.s been given by publication in
<br />the "Grand Island Independent ".a, legal newspaper published and in general circulation in Hall County.
<br />Nebraska. of the filing of said report and petition and of the time and place for hearing thereon
<br />and said time having expired and them being no objections to said report.upon examination thereof
<br />the court finds the same in all respects 'to be correct and tei"t it should be and hereby is allowed
<br />a.n d �,p p rov ed.
<br />The court further finds from the proof on file herein that due and legal notice has been given
<br />by publication in said newspaper, as by law and thee.,orders of this court required, to all creditors
<br />or others having claims against said estate, of the time within which and place where same must
<br />be film,and that said time has expired and that all claims filed against,sai.d estate have been paid
<br />or settled by adjustment between Minnie M.Houser.a claimant against said estate in the sum of
<br />$1035.50,and that said clwim has been withdrawn by said cla.imant.the said adjustment- being made
<br />between said claimant and the others heirs,devisetes,a,nd legatees of said estate. and that all other
<br />claims
<br />and debts and
<br />funeral expenses
<br />and
<br />costs of administration have been fully paid and all
<br />unfilied
<br />claims,if any
<br />axi_st.shou�d be
<br />and
<br />are forever barred and precluded.

<br />The court further finds that said William H. Houser died, testate, in Hall County.Nebraska., and
<br />while w resident thereof, on - T,nuaxy 22, 1919, leaving ; , last will and testament which has here-
<br />tofore been duly fi.led,proven.and admitted to probate in this court as by law required;tha.t he
<br />died seized and the owner of the following described real estate situate in said county , to - wit:'
<br />the northwest quarter of th? northeast quarter and the north half of the Northwest quarter of
<br />Section Thirty -five (35) and the no.rtneast quarter of Section Thirty -four (34),all in Township
<br />Eleven (11),North,Range Ter: (10),West,i.n Hall County.Nebraska.consisting of 280 a.cres;also lot
<br />Number- Seven (7).in Block Number Eighteen (18),Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the city of Grand',
<br />Island.Nebruska,the last
<br />described property
<br />being the
<br />homestead of deceased
<br />and his
<br />wife
<br />and
<br />family at the time of his
<br />death. That under
<br />the terms
<br />and provisions of the
<br />will of
<br />said
<br />deceasl'ed
<br />the income,use,and receipts from said above described property and real estate were g4ven and
<br />bequeathed to Sarah Ellen Houser.wi.dow of said deceits ed. forand during her natural lifetime and
<br />a life estate was also given, devised, and be uea,thed by said deceased to said Sarah Ellen Houser
<br />in said Lot 7,Block 18,Arnold & Abbott's Addition to Grand Island, ?debraska,,the same to be held
<br />and used 'by her without impeachment or waste for and during; her said lifetime.und swid property
<br />is so awarded under th3 terms and conditions of said will to said Sarah Eller. Houser for her
<br />use and benefit during; her said natural lifeti.rne;that under the terms of said will.upon the death
<br />of said Sarah Eller, Houser,said Lot 7 in Block 18,Arnold & Abbott's Addition try Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, and the ra.,mei.nder over therein was devised in equal shares to
